90-CJ2
Miniature cylinders series 90-CDJ2 is available in double acting offer stainless steel tubing, stainless steel rods and materials that are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The series is available in bore sizes 10, 16mm and stroke lengths from 15mm to 200mm. Mounting options include basic, foot, front flange, and double rear clevis. Series 90-CDJ2 is auto switch capable.
90-CG1
Air cylinder series 90-CDG1 and 91-CDG1 has 5 bore sizes and can meet secondary battery manufacturing needs. 90-CDG1 is made from materials campatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDG1 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. 7 mounting options are available. Auto switch capable.
90-CA2
Air cylinder series 90-CDA2 and 91-CDA2 has 5 bore sizes and can meet secondary battery manufacturing needs. 90-CDA2 is made from materials campatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDA2 also includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. 7 mounting options are available. 90-CDU
The series 90-CDU and 91-CDU free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. 90-CDU is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDU includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm.
90-CQS
Compact cylinder series 90-CDQS and 91-CDQS are available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. 90-CDQS is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDQS includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.
90-CQ2
Standard cylinders series 90-CDQ2 and 91-CDQ2 provide a space- saving design and exceptional service life. 90-CDQ2 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDQ2 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. They feature front snap ring design for easy access to internal parts. Available in single and double rod models, male and female thread design, double acting, spring return and spring extend. Choose from 13 bore sizes up to 200mm. Optional reed/solid state switches may be used. The aluminum extruded bodies, featuring through-hole and threaded body mounting, provide versatility and reliability in any design application.
90-MY1
Rodless Cylinder, mechanically jointed series 90-MY1 and 91-MY1 is great for long strokes with compact size and an integrated guide, the MY1 series rodless actuator provides an ideal solution. 90-MY1 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MY1 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. Standard strokes are available up to 2000mm.
90-MY2

90-MXS
Air slide table series 90-MXS and 91-MXS series are good for applications that call for precise movement ranging from 10-150mm (1/2-6") typically require a cylinder and a precision guide. 90-MXS is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MXS includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. The MXS accomplishes this by integrating a cross roller bearing with a guide and two small air cylinders for compact force generation.
90-MXQ
Air slide table series 90-MXQ and 91-MXQ series is ideal for applications requiring closely held parallelism and perpendicular specifications. The table and bearing guide are integrated into one precisely machined part made of hardened stainless steel. This minimizes tolerance stack-up associated with multiple part assemblies, and affords height tolerances of +/-0.05mm. The bearing is a recirculating linear guide in a stainless steel housing 90-MXS is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MXS includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications.
90-MGP
Compact Guided Cylinder series 90-MGP and 91-MGP are designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping. 90-MGP is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MGP includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing the cylinder's load bearing capacity. Conventional designed guided cylinders have a set bearing length resulting in dramatic decreases in side load capacity as stroke lengths increase.
90-MGG
Guided Cylinder series 90-MGG and 91-MGG are ideally suited for material handling applications involving stopping, lifting, and pushing. It combines the functions of a conventional cylinder, linear motion guide, and non-rotation device. Features include built-in shock absorbers, finite stroke adjustment, bumpers, and switch capability. 90-MGG is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MGG includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications.
90-CNG
Locking Cylinder series 90-CDNG and 91-CDNG series can be used where stable locking and unlocking operation is required. 90-CDNG is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDNG includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications.The floating taper ring provides alignment and stable locking force with respect to piston rod eccentricity. Unlocking pressure of 0.25MPa.
90-CNA
Locking Cylinder series 90-CDNA and 91-CDNA are cylinders with lock, suitable for mid-stroke stop and emergency stop and drop prevention. 90-CDNA is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDNA includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications.The same holding force in extending and retracting directions is used making it possible to lock at both ends. Improved brake shoe material and increased length results in stable holding force and high reliability. Locking mechanism is isolated from lock release air, so lock function is not diminished by excessive dirt or drain in compressed air.
90-CLQ
Compact cylinder series 90-CDLQ and 91-CDLQ are equipped with locking function but designed to minimize the overall length. 90-MGP is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MGP includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. Overall length of the model is achieved to be the same as that of the CQ2 compact cylinder. CLQ is available in 5 bore sizes ranging from 40 to 100mm and is auto switch capable.
90-RS
Stopper Cylinder series 90-RS is a fixed-height stopper cylinder with proven endurance and low breakaway characteristics is specially designed for use on conveyor lines or other applications requiring an external stopping device. 90-RS is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. It can be raised or lowered according to the distance required to stop the work piece.
