25A-Copper and Zinc Free
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

25A-Pressure and Flow Sensors

25A-CQ2 Compact Cylinder
The 25A-CQ2 option is the Copper and Zinc Free version of the best-selling CQ2 series. The series is available in 15 bore sizes from 12mm to 200mm and several options in order to meet various applications. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.
25A-MGP Compact Guide Cylinder
Series MGP is designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping. The 25A- series variations eliminates copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) materials where possible, making it compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing the cylinder's load bearing capacity.
25A-MY1B Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder
The MY1B rodless cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure with an enhanced magnetic dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. Air cushions are standard adjustable with an easy access cushion needle. Auto-switch mounting has been enhanced with a face mounting feature.
25A-MY1M Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder - Slide Bearing
The MY1M rodless cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. The integrated slide bearing internal guide provides lateral stability protecing it from side load impacts. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.
25A-MY1C Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder - Cam Follower Guide
The MY1C rodless cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders. The integrated cam follower guide provides for smooth and precise slide table movement. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.
25A-MY1H Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder - Linear Guide
The 25A-MY1H Rodless Cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. The integrated high precision linear guide improves positioning accuracy and repeatability. It also features an end-lock option capable of holding the carriage position at the stroke end. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.
25A-MY2H/HT Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder - High Precision Guide
The MY2H/HT rodless cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. The enhanced design offers a 30% lower profile compared to the MY1H/HT. The integrated high precision linear guide improves positioning accuracy and repeatability and is available in either single axis or double axis for increased rigidity. The cylinder component can be detached from the guide units or workpiece for easy maintenance and cylinder replacement. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.
