LVR, High Purity Regulator Valve, Tube Extensions

SMC's high purity liquid regulator, series LVR, offers superior performance in both pulsation dampening, as well as adjustable liquid flow control.  The LVR series is capable of 110° C operating temperature, which meets many of today's most demanding requirements.  LVR is available with SMC's new LQ3 HyperFlare™ connection.

  • Compatible with acid, alkali, and DI water
  • Body: PFA
  • No slide diaphragm elimintes particle generation
  • Set pressure: 2.9 to 58psi
  • Maximum operating pressure: 73psi
