Several additional products are available to complete the air preparation installation. These include: modular spacers for adding additional components; pressure relief valves for quickly relieving system pressure for service; soft start valves for controlled system pressurization; check valves; T- or cross spacers allow air access at intermediate points in the assembly; pressure switches for electrical confirmation of system pressure; and piping adapters for maintenance ease.
VHS20-40, Residual Pressure Relief Valve, Modular, Epoxy Coated
The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes. The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labeling. The epoxy coated version provides an economical alternative for extended life in aggressive or washdown environments.
