Hygienic Cylinder w/ Guide Rods - HYG
Series HYG integrates an aluminum hygienic body with guide rods that are completely recessed in the body and protected by grease retention rod scrapers for unprecedented water resistance during wash down processes. The HYG has eliminated switch grooves in favor of rail mounted auto-switches to prevent water pools. Plug bolts are required to plug unused ports and mounting holes to assure water resistance; air purge ports for the guide rods remain unplugged. NSF-H1 food grade grease option is available.
Low Profile Guide Table, Clean Room Series - 10-MGF
Series 10-MGF low profile guide table for clean rooms integrates a compact cylinder to a large diameter concentric guide sleeve to handle loads applied from any direction providing equal eccentric load resistance through 360°. Using the guide sleeve instead of guide rods reduces the unit's weight by 15% and eliminates eccentric load capacity variances caused by load orientation. An internal non-rotating pin has been added to prevent rotation of the top plate. Expelling contaminants outside a clean room can be done by (10-) exhaust relief.
