NJ series alignment couplers protect against cylinder misalignment. Their compact design allows high loading. The NJ series aligns deflected loads and reduces installation time.
JA
The floating joint series JA (standard) and JAH (heavy duty), can absorb any "off-centering" or "loss of parallel accuracy" between the cylinder and the driven body. Because of this, centering is unnecessary, installation time is drastically reduced, and a high level of machining accuracy is unnecessary.
JB
The JB series floating joint was designed for compact cylinders. JB series is compact and is suitable for high tensile stresses. Long life is established with a dustproof cover and the rotation angle is ±5°.
JS
Floating joint series JS is made of stainless steel and used to increase corrosion resistance. JS uses a dust cover made of fluoro rubber or silicon rubber and is shaped to prevent residual liquid, therefore sealing is improved. Overall length as well as maximum tension and compression are the same as standard series JA.
JC
Series JC is a light weight floating joint with an aluminum case suitable for 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63mm air cylinders. The JC compensates for any misalignment between the work piece and the air cylinder.
JT
Series JT is a light weight, compact floating joint with an aluminum case suitable for 20, 25, 32, and 40mm bore air cylinders. The JT compensates for any misalignment between the work piece and the air cylinder.
